OneDrive for Business error: We can’t connect to the specified SharePoint site…
If you have received this error while attempting to Sync to OneDrive for Business, the fix is below!
Here is the fix…
Step 1
Open up the registry editor (regedit)
Windows 7: Click Start, type regedit.exe in the search box, and then press Enter.
Windows 8: Press Windows Key+R
Step 2
Navigate to : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\SignIn
Step 3
Create the following DWORD
Name: SignInOptions
Type: DWORD
Value: 0
Step 4
Reboot the system
Step 5
Re-try the OneDrive for Business Sync…
Alternatively, if the DWORD SignInOptions exists already, and has a value of 3, change that value to 0.
